Order Processing and Delivery Time
Since our products are digital, order processing is instant. Once your purchase is complete, access to your product will be available within 10 minutes. For products requiring manual processing, delivery may take a few days, and we will notify you of the expected timeframe.
Occasional delays may occur due to server downtime, maintenance, or unforeseen issues. In such cases, we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated delivery time.
Delivery Method
Direct Account Integration: For products linked to gaming accounts, the digital item will be added to your account immediately upon successful transaction completion.
Activation Codes: Some items will be delivered as unique activation codes, which can be used to unlock or access the purchased content. Clear instructions on using these codes will be provided.
In-Game Mechanisms: Digital items that enhance the gaming experience without giving any unfair advantage will be delivered directly within the game environment. We want to again repeat the stance that none of the purchased digital items will have ANY gameplay impacting effect and are solely for cosmetic purposes.
Skin Purchases Policy
At District Z, we follow Bohemia Interactive's Monetization Policy, ensuring that all skins are purely cosmetic and do not affect gameplay mechanics.
While we aim to provide a consistent selection of skins, there may be situations where skins are temporarily removed or altered due to server needs or other operational factors.
By purchasing skins from District Z, you acknowledge that changes to the availability or appearance of skins may occur, and you agree to these terms.
Order Cancellation, Refunds, and Dispute Resolution
Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. We do not accept cancellation requests for digital products after purchase due to their nature.
Refunds: Refunds are not available for digital products purchased on our platform. All sales are final, except where legally required.
Method of Resolution: If a dispute arises regarding this Fulfillment Policy or its breach, both parties will make their best efforts to resolve the issue. They will engage in good faith consultations and negotiations, seeking a fair and satisfactory solution for both sides. If no agreement is reached within 60 days, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the Netherlands, following its established rules.
